Project Highlights

Comprehensive High-Performance Green Building Design services were provided for this new 80,000 SF elementary school, which was occupied in August 2003. 7group partner Marcus Sheffer initiated the project with assistance from the York County Community Foundation, Pennsylvania Governor’s Green Government Council and PA Department of Education. With the guidance of 7group, the District was able to obtain $80,000 in grant funding from the organizations above and the Sustainable Energy Fund of Central Eastern Pennsylvania.
