High Performance Integrated Design services were provided for this new 30,000 SF elementary school addition in conjunction with renovating the existing 48,000 SF Shippen Hall on the campus of Shippensburg University. This is the first high performance green building to be owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Integrated design services incorporated computer-simulated energy modeling utilizing DOE-2 software, systems and materials selections based on life cycle analysis (LCA) comparisons produced on BEES software.
