High Performance Integrated Design services were provided for this new 73,000 SF office building that was completed in May 1998 to house a regional headquarters facility for Pennsylvania’s DEP. This integrated systems design process incorporated computer-simulated energy modeling utilizing DOE-2 software, and the utilization of media resources to provide a statewide educational tool that would serve as a model for all State agencies, the public, builders, and design professionals interested in green pursuits.
