High-Performance Integrated Building Design incorporated energy modeling utilizing PowerDOE software and materials selections based on life cycle analysis (LCA) comparisons produced on BEES software. The project is the basis for Lessons Learned, a video commissioned by the Governor’s Green Government Council, produced by 7group’s Tom Keiter and utilized in USGBC LEED™ training courses.
