The U.S. Postal Service wanted to modify one of its existing building designs and produce a project that would achieve a LEED® Platinum rating. Working for the architects 7group served as the primary green consultant for the design of this local post office. Comprehensive services included LEED consulting, energy modeling using Energy-10 software, HVAC Life Cycle Costing, computerized daylighting analysis, renewable energy system evaluation, materials consulting, building commissioning, and landscaping design assistance.
